Why Choose Us

Gill Turner Tucker Solicitors were established in Maidstone in 1949.  We have seen many changes since then but remain true to our original aim - to provide every one of our clients with a legal service of the very highest quality and value.  This means clear advice, effective action and always doing our best to protect and enhance our clients' interests.

We recognise that legal expertise and modern technology alone are not enough - we take trouble to learn and understand each client's individual priorities and objectives so that we can provide a truly personal service and clear, jargon-free advice.  Each department has an experienced, reliable and approachable team whose aim is to help our clients solve their legal problems and achieve their personal and commercial goals.

For individuals, whether moving house, planning for the future security of your family, or coping with the pressure of divorce, job loss or bereavement, our clients can count on us for a friendly, efficient and supportive service.

Our business clients range from individuals starting their first business venture to substantial and long-established companies.  We recognise the importance to all of them of a comprehensive legal service offering speed, efficiency, accessibility and good value.

Our offices in Colman House, King Street are right in the centre of town, giving easy access to car parking and public transport.  We are within walking distance of major banks, building societies and estate agents, the local County and Magistrates Courts and other facilities.

At the outset of every matter, we'll do our best to tell you what will be involved and what the likely cost will be.

Whatever we may be doing for you, our motto remains the same: You are our clients not "buyers of legal services" and we will always put you first.
